War for the Planet of the Apes (2017) **REVIEW**

This is it people. This is the last one of this epic story about the hero ape we all know and love, Caesar. His final act to save the apes from a war that Koba started. This film felt a bitter-sweet just as when I went to see ‘Logan‘.

In the beginning we get to see a group of military men approaching a camp guarded by apes. Shortly after they start shooting but man loses and gets captured, but there is something we haven’t seen before – apes helping man. Turns out they are refugee apes who helped Koba.  So now they are helping man, thinking the humans will take care of them but in fact, they have been given ridiculous names and being ridiculed.

After an ambush that humans did at the apes secret hideout, Caesar’s two closest gets killed, he decides it’s time to flee but he will go elsewhere, to look for the man who killed the two apes. Caesar  turned into the one thing he swore he never become; Koba. Hate is flowing through him and he won’t let go.

What you will see in this film is something truly amazing. We never seen Caesar this determined of anything. We also get to see something different, something that will make you go ‘HUH’. I don’t want to say too much without ruining the film, but  the virus that killed the humans before have now  mutated and turning them different. Some say they can’t communicate but they can, by learning sign language.

If you are a massive fan of this series I’d say you should see this film. It gives a certain closer to the franchise.

Actors: Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn, Karin Konoval, Amiah Miller, Terry Notary, Ty Olsson, Toby Kebbell and many more.

2012 (2009) **REVIEW**

When this film came out it was a big thing and everyone panicked and thought this was how it was going to be when the world was going down 2012. But we’re still here and no end of the world. But it’s still a good film.

2012 is about end of the world and how it’s going down. Government known about what will happen to earth since 2009 and only rich people and people who can contribute to society can come on board this ship that they been building. They are saving valuable artifacts for history. And everyone else is left to die.

But that doesn’t stop Jackson Curtis to save his children and ex wife. A writer who’s been published but not successful. Jackson rents a plane to get his family to safety, and while they are on the plane they see entire California going down in a massive earthquake. Now it’s up to Jackson to get his family to safety.

It’s a typical sci-fy film with end of the world theme, but it’s good. definitely worth a watch.

You see actors like John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Thandie Newton, Oliver Platt, Woody Harrelson, Danny Glover and many more.

OUT OF THE FURNACE **REVIEW**

I always wanted to see this movie and when I saw it was available at Netflix I couldn’t watch it fast enough. And I can totally tell you guys that it’s worth a watch.

Small town and 2 brothers – Russell & Rodney. One  have gambling debts (Rodney) and the other works at the towns mill (Russell) and always bailing his brother out by paying his debts. One evening Russell have one too many to drink and sits behind the wheel and crashes into a car that he see’s in the last minute. He goes to jail and when he gets out, Rodney is in alot of trouble. He started being in illegal fights and one day he wants to be in one with unstable people holding it. When Rodney doesn’t end up his end of the fix fight, he disappears.. Russell does anything to find Rodney and he feels the police doesn’t do anything. Mainly because Rodney vanishes in a different county. Will Russell find Rodney and get justice or will Russell go his own way to find his brother?

I would recommend watching his movie, you see actors like Woody Harrelson, Christian Bale, Casey Affleck, Zoe Saldana, Sam Shepard, William Dafoe & Forest Whitaker.
