‘The Great Wall’ isn’t just a chinese fast food place I order frequently from it’s also a very good film starring Matt Damon. There are a lot of legends about what the wall of China was used for, what it’s protecting and ‘The Great Wall’ is one of those films that tells one of those legends.
A the film begins we see a group of men running from a tribe in China, being chased and killed, picked off one by one. They manage to shake them off an hide in the mountains. As there are a few men left sitting by the fire, all of the sudden something comes for them, sneaking and snatching them, one by one they fall. William (Matt Damon) kills one of them, get’s a foot as a trophy. He and his friend Tovar rides and ends up by a large wall, they obviously get’s captured but they show the large army the foot they have and all of the sudden, the leaders of the army seems intrigued by them. Shortly after that, we get to see what exactly they are fighting and now William and Tovar have a choice to make, fight along side them or stay hidden. Because, this army won’t let them leave because they have seen what they are fighting and it needs to be kept a secret from the outside world.
‘The Great Wall’ is much better than you might think, give it a chance and watch it. If you like some cool fighting scenes, awesome visual effects and people in some kickass armors then trust me, this film is for you.

Ever since I saw the trailer for this film I been having high expectations for this film and how it was going to be. And they did not fail. In the film they did use a lot of ACCURATE science and not the Hollywood kind which I admire the director for. And yes, the film is a very good one and you should see it.

I remember this film so well from my teenage days and thought it was the best thing ever. As I grew older I STILL think it’s a funny movie.
Scott Thomas is an average teenager in U.S on his graduation day from high school his girlfriend dumps him. So he and his friends decided to embark a travel to Europe to find his European pen pal from Germany.. Scott always thought his pen pal was male but his little brother enlightened him that his pen pal had a German female name. Night before she emailed him and suggested they would meet, as Scott thought he was male got a little verbal. And that is how he decides to go to Europe.
You see funny culture clashes when he and his friends travels around Europe and some parts are just down right hilarious. For us who lives in Europe find these clashes extremely funny and obvious things for us but someone who visits for the first time can turn into something disastrous and they made a HILARIOUS movie about it.
You see actors like Scott Mechlowicz, Jacob Pitts, Kristin Kreuk, Michelle Trachtenberg, Travis Wester, Matt Damon and many more.
