Beauty and the Beast (2017) **REVIEW**

We all seen the animation ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and how it changed our childhood with Belle being a smart girl who loves to read and see’s the beauty in all.

‘Beauty and the Beast’ live remake must be one of the most magical films I’ve seen in a very long time. We get to see some added scenes but they sticked to the story we saw as children. We see the beast being played by Dan Stevens and he is potraying him like the role was made for him. And let’s talk about Emma Watson playing Belle.. oh yes, she does it like she would be Belle. And who would have thought that she could actually sing. Playing Belle’s father we see Kevin Kline, as the horrible man who wants to marry Belle, Gaston is being played by Luke Evans. Luke sold me as Gaston, he terrified me a little because they made Gaston much darker in the live remake than in the original and did a excellent job.

‘Beauty and the Beast’ is about Belle living in a small village in France wanting something more in life than just a small town life and to be married. Then we have the prince living in a castle, a spell been cast on the castle and everyone is.. changed. A rose is in a glass, if the prince doesn’t find true love, a girl who loves him for him and see something different than the beast he is, the spell is broken. We see the regular Belle being locked in but Lumiere unlocking the door and leads her to her room and the beast wanting to have dinner with her but.. she’s the only one who says no. And we know how the story goes from there – the beast changes slowly after he saves Belle from the wolves. Maurice, Belles father, being called crazy and thrown into a mental institute. The beast gives Belle a HUGE library and she can’t believe her eyes. They are slowly falling for each other and admits their love for one and other when Gaston – tries to kill the beast to get rid of him so he can marry Belle.

‘Beauty and the Beast’ live remake is something you have to go and see if you love the original. It contains the best magic and graphic you’ve ever seen and you just fall in love with the story one more time. And don’t forget to sing along to the songs.

Actors: Emma Watson, Luke Evans, Dan Stevens, Josh Gad, Kevin Kline, Hattie MoraHan, Haydn Gwynne, Ray Fearon, Ian McKellen, Ewan McGregor, Audra MacDonald and many more.

THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF FIVE ARMIES **REVIEW** – SPOILER ALERT

The last of the amazing The Hobbit series.. I got the chance to see it last night at the cinema and I was so excited to see this one, almost counting down the days for the premiere.

When the second The Hobbit movie ended we saw Smaug waking up and heading for Lake Town. The other dwarfs and Bilbo could see from the mountain the destroying of Lake Town, but Thorin couldn’t care what happened to them – all he started care about was his gold. The others started to fear for his sanity. Bard manage to fill his destiny and puts an arrow in Smaug. Now when the dragon is dead – the word of his death spreads fast. Thranduil takes his army over to the mountain to collect what was stolen from his people, but Thorin feels it his and not Thranduil’s. The humans seeks refuge by the mountain where an old town was, but Thorin thinks they want his gold. The orchs are marching for the mountain, dwarfs are arriving to help Thorin defend the mountain. But what it all sets to be isn’t what anyone had in mind, the war for the mountain begins. While Gandalf, Galadriel, Elrond & Saruman gets to see what evil hides, same evil as Gandalf warned them about.

How will the war end? Will everyone fight for their right to live and not to be slaughtered like animals?

Yes, I can recommend this movie to anyone who seen the other 2 movies in the triology. You see actors like Lee Pace, Evangeline Lilly, Luke Evans, Orlando Bloom, Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage, Cate Blanchett, Martin Freeman, Hugo Weaving & Christopher Lee + many many more.
