We all are aware of the myth of Friday the 13th – suppose to be the unluckiest day. Me, I don’t believe that but it is tradition for me to watch one of Friday the 13th movies and I did and enjoyed myself. I saw Friday the 13th: A new beginning from 1985.
In the previous film of this franchise Tommy Jarvis was a child and he killed Jason to survive. In this one he is older and on his way to a halfway house to become part of society again. But when a freak accident happens in the halfway house murders are starting to happen. People say it’s Jason and he is back. Tommy is suffering from PTSD from what happened so he thinks he is hallucinating. But is Jason dead? if he is dead, then who is dressing up as Jason and running around killing people?
The film is made in 80’s so it’s not best acting or script. BUT it’s still a good film for being a legacy and yes I’d recommend it if you haven’t seen the franchise yet.
You see actors like Dominick Brascia, Todd Bryant, Juliette Cummins, John Shepherd, Marco St John and many more
